i have sword build, but i take more then 0 damage i only have knights on my helmet, maybe that is the reason. energy was no problem tough. gonna try again today if am in to it.

make sure you got -2dmg sheild (stance), I posted some collector locations for that sheild

i am also having a problem
i have full knights armour
strength req exalted aegis
sup absorption and +4 armour on sword
any1 that wud care to explain this to me pls pm me in game
(im taking 1-5 damage most shots)

If your Absorbtion rune on your chest? because that's where you're taking most of your shots. Also, the Exalted Aegis has -5(20%) modifier, IIRC. That's not the best mod for this run, since you know you'll you'll always be in a stance/enchanted. Get a shield that has a solid -2 (stance) or -2 (enchanted) mod, and this will work.

btw, if you happen to have a -2/-2 shield, you can drop PR altogether and just bring "Dodge This!" or "I am the Strongest!" or something like that. A lot more damage, and I finished a run in about 6.5 minutes with it.

Use physical resistance. No dmg no matter how your runes are set up.

I just got 4 ectos on one run (15 minutes) So yeah I guess they're worth it

great build idea, i have only been familiar with the warrior's endurance W/Me build, and it was meh. this build seems to raep on a large scale, so i hope i'll eventually level up my war.

can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have sup abs (on chest) all the runes you said, weapon has +7 shelter, shield is a collector you linked to. Yet I'm still taking a steady 3 dmg from smites, and I can't seem to kill the entire group before those -3's add up to my death...

My first run i got to smites, mass aggro'd, died ;\ I have all the armor and junk exactly as you posted, but I didn't know that having Sup Absorb on your chest mattered. I have on my Legs atm, don't wanna risk remmoving Sup Vigor off my armor :S I'm getting a 0-3 dmg every now and then

It does not matter on which armor part the sup absorption rune is, its effect is global.

Yeah, sup absorp is global...no need to buy more armor guys


Also, if you RUBBERBAND (find yourself being hit by a swarm of beasties you apparently ran past):
I found myself able to avoid any rubberbanding by not trying to cut corners; when I need to run past aatxes, I run so that the spiky, black beasties are between the wall and me. Try it out and see if it works for you. I hope it does.

This is annoying, i want the shield to do the run, but i can't find anyone selling Diamond Djinn essences. I have 1 out of the 5 and i don't wana farm for them..grrrr

Icy:
  • Graspings - use bonnetis for energy + blocking first interupts
  • Running + Gathering Smites (+7 armor and 1 pip of energy regen goood)

Zealous:
  • If dying when killing grapsings with icy + bonnetis, Switch to this and use physical resistance.
  • When Fighting the smites.

There was an update a while ago that changes that. Now, Absorbtion and Knight's Insignias are based on the piece of armor they're on.
